1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and JIL168 ("jil168," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jil168 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the jil168 Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jil168, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming services on jil168, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on jil168 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. JIL168 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.

3.3 Account Security

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID)
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name)

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by jil168 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

JIL168 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

JIL168 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on jil168 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your jil168 account.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• JIL168 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.

4.3 Processing Times

JIL168 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on jil168 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. JIL168 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

JIL168 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your jil168 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

JIL168 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it determines in its reasonable judgment that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, or placing low-risk bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice. JIL168 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the jil168 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. JIL168 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All games on jil168 that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for applicable games are published within the game information panels.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jil168 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. JIL168 will not be liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

JIL168 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the player's side during a game session. Where a game round is interrupted due to disconnection, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules upon reconnection.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jil168 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of jil168.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one jil168 account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the jil168 Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Money Laundering: Using the jil168 Platform for any money laundering activity or any other financial crime. JIL168 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to jil168 deposits.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jil168 systems, interfere with the Platform's operation, or exploit any software vulnerability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jil168 Platform — including but not limited to the jil168 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game content, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of JIL168 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jil168 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jil168 content without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data

JIL168 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By registering on jil168, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Responsible Gaming

JIL168 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all Filipino players. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil168 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

JIL168's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jil168 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JIL168 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by JIL168

JIL168 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our reasonable judgment that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your jil168 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

JIL168 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

JIL168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jil168 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the jil168 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
